#HOW TO USE MSEW LICENSE SOFTWARE#
I visited the Wondershare software site (which is very professional) and they provide you with tabs. To eliminate all the bicthin' and moaning about PPT to eCard on GOAD, Id suggest everyone click on the Home page link located right under the user Rating section.ĭoes the site look professional? Do they have addition software titles? How long have they been in business (do a whois lookup)?įollowing that link usually directs you to the page of the software being given away. I scoured their site for any information on Open Office and found nothing. I posted a question about how it works in Open Office and have not gotten any response. I downloaded PPT to eCard today after posted it would work with Open Office. If there are any 'freeware' animated email program alternatives, I'd sure like to see them posted here. Until Microsoft comes up with a reasonably priced Powerpoint program - OR - Wondershare adapts it's programs to Open Office, all their PPT related offerings are (I suspect) going to be met with frustration and disappointment. The good news: it uninstalled easily, totally wiping out the "PPT to eCard" sub-directory under Wondershare. There was some previous discussion of it working with Open Office - the program itself doesn't While you have a choice to open a template directly or open Powerpoint, if you choose to open a template, it opens, then the program tries to open Powerpoint itself to *work.* I DID manage to open the templates with Open Office (simpress) from Wondershare's template directory, but with such a limited supply, it hardly seems worth it to fool with using Open Office it equates to only getting a few templates, not a viable program.
The program installed, but without Powerpoint installed, it's useless, and I do not have Powerpoint.
